Temp and I rode bikes to the Norfolk Zoo, enjoyed a free day there (being an employee at the Botanical Gardens), then rode bikes to lunch. I got to use my new Nikon D50 finally! A perfect day this Labor Day.

i guess.
We love zoos. We took the kids to Hollywild last weekend. Some of the enclosures were a little homemade for my taste (i.e. the tigers should have more than chain link around them). Overall though it was an awesome experience. They have a safari ride where you feed stale bagels to bison and deer that come up to the side of this old school bus they drive through the park.
